  • What items can I return?
    You can return items that are: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered In their original packaging With all tags attached Items must be in resellable condition.
  • What items are non-returnable?
    We cannot accept returns on: Final sale items Gift cards Swimsuits or intimates with hygiene seals removed Any item marked non-returnable at checkout
  • How do I start a return or refund?
    To initiate a return or request a refund, please log in to your member area and scroll to the bottom to find the return form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and begin the process. For refunds, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the next steps and estimated processing time. For return label, it will be sent to your e-mail after the form is submitted. Simply attach the label to your package and send it back to us. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • How long do I have to return an item?
    You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your item for a refund or exchange.
  • Is there a cost to return my item?
    Returns are free for all eligible items within the return window.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes! We offer free exchanges for a different size or style (based on availability). You can also visit our showroom to exchange in person.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and discounts).
  • Can I return an online order in-store?
    Yes — online orders can be returned or exchanged at our showroom free of charge. Just bring your order confirmation or receipt.
  • What shipping options do you offer?

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Standard Shipping: Free on orders $100+ Shipping: Add cost of $10. Shipping: Add cost of $15.
  • Do you ship internationally?

  • When will I receive my order?
    At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping method selected and your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

    Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery in real time.

  • What is a pre-order?
    A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it’s officially available. This ensures you get early access to limited or upcoming styles. If you want to Pre-order an item e-mail us and we will get back to you with all our fabrics, material and styles options. Usually pre-orders takes 30 to 45 days.
  • When will my pre-order ship?
    Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change.
  • Will I be charged at the time of purchase or when the item ships?
    You’ll be charged at the time of placing the pre-order, just like a regular order. This secures your item.
  • Can I cancel a pre-order?
    Yes, you can cancel a pre-order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us at info@casamodesta.com with your order number.
  • Will I receive updates about my pre-order?
