To initiate a return or request a refund, please log in to your member area and scroll to the bottom to find the return form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and begin the process.
For refunds, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the next steps and estimated processing time.
For return label, it will be sent to your e-mail after the form is submitted. Simply attach the label to your package and send it back to us. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your item for a refund or exchange.

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it’s officially available. This ensures you get early access to limited or upcoming styles. If you want to Pre-order an item e-mail us and we will get back to you with all our fabrics, material and styles options. Usually pre-orders takes 30 to 45 days.
Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change.
You’ll be charged at the time of placing the pre-order, just like a regular order. This secures your item.
