Casa Modesta provide a variety of shipping options designed to meet the needs of our customers across California and the U.S. Please refer to the chart below for an estimate of shipping and handling charges, calculated based on the pre-tax value of your order.

Estimated delivery date
After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation e-mail. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 2 pm pacific time, typically ship the next business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
Tracking number
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt E-mail. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Click the link in the e-mail to track the progress of your shipment.
Also, you can find the tracking number in the Order History of your account. Sign into your account and click Order History. Click "View Order" in your order history and click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If you cannot find your tracking number, you can e-mail us at info@casamodesta.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping restrictions
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
For orders shipped to remote locations, we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
