Private Showroom Appointment Policy.
We are delighted to welcome you to our private showroom in Thousand Oaks, California. To ensure a personalized and comfortable experience, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy before booking.
1. By Appointment Only
Visits to the showroom are by appointment only. This allows us to offer you one-on-one attention and curate selections that best suit your interests.
2. Booking
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via our website, e-mail, or phone. Same-day appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis.
3. Duration
Appointments typically last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
5. Photography
Feel free to take photos for personal use, but please ask before photographing any specific item.
6. Payment & Purchases
Purchases can be made during your visit. We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
Pre-Order Policies
At Casa Modesta, each pre-order is made especially for you — crafted with intention, skill, and care. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
Lead Time
All pre-orders have a production and delivery timeline of 30 to 45 days, beginning once your payment and confirmed measurements have been received.
Payment
Pre-orders are pre-paid in full at the time of ordering. This allows us to begin sourcing and creating your unique piece immediately.
Customization
You may select the fabric color, design, and style during the ordering process. All choices are final once the order is confirmed.
Measurements
Precise measurements are essential. You are responsible for submitting your measurements, which must be sent by email at the time of order. Please double-check your information before submitting.
Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order within 5 days of placing the order. After this period, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-orders. If you have questions or concerns before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out.
