• Private Appointments: Visits to our showroom are strictly by appointment to ensure a safe, one-on-one experience.

• Secure Premises: The showroom is located in a private residence in Thousand Oaks, California. The address is shared only with confirmed clients.

• Surveillance: For security purposes, the entrance to the property may be monitored by video surveillance. No surveillance is used within the showroom space itself.

• Emergency Protocols: Emergency exits, and safety equipment are maintained in accordance with local regulations.

3. Personal Safety & Conduct

• Respectful Environment: We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment. Clients and staff are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy.

• Health & Hygiene: Hand sanitizer and refreshments are available. Appointments are spaced to allow for ventilation and cleaning between visits.

4. Data Protection

• Secure Storage: Client data is stored on encrypted, password-protected systems. We do not retain payment information unless required for repeat billing with your consent.

• Third-Party Services: If we use third-party services (such as online scheduling or payment systems), they are carefully vetted for compliance with relevant privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5. Photography & Media

• Private Setting: We respect your desire for discretion. No photos of clients will be taken or used for promotional purposes without explicit written consent.

• Personal Use: Clients are welcome to take photos for personal use during their visit but are asked to refrain from photographing other guests’ purchases or proprietary studio elements.
