Return & Exchange Policy

Casa Modesta wants you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days from the shipping date.

 

Return Conditions: 

 

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Must be unworn, unwashed, and unalteredMust be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, or protective covers

• All original tags must be attachedItems must be in resellable condition

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.​

Refunds:

 

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

• Refunds will be processed at the original selling price

• Please allow up to 7–10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed

• You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your return has been processed

Exchanges:

• Items can be exchanged for a different size or style (subject to availability)​

• Exchanges are processed free of charge

• Online purchases may also be exchanged in person at our showroom location

Non-Returnable Items:

 

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Final sale items

• Gift Cards

• Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

• Swimsuits or intimate garments with hygiene seals removed

 

How to Start a Return:

• Fill the form for "Request Return or Exchange" and we will back to you in 1 business day.

• ​Follow the instructions to select items and print your free return label.

• Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

 

In-Store Returns:

• You may return or exchange eligible items at our showroom, free of charge.

• Please bring your order confirmation email or receipt.

 

International Returns International:

​

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

• Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable
