Vattea is inspired by diverse ancestral cultures and their representations through objects and symbols. Vattea uses colors as references from Colombian folklore to evoke the warmth and strength of Latinas. The technique we use in the thread process is the result of extensive research, for which Vattea are recognized and distinguished.

Free returns up to 30 days from shipping date, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Purchases made online can also be returned or exchanged at showroom location, free of charge. Cleaning:

• Wipe the earrings with a soft cloth (microfiber or cotton) after each use to remove dust, oils, and residue.
• If there is dirt or grease, you can use warm water and mild soap.
• Avoid abrasive products or harsh brushes, which can damage the gold plating.
• After cleaning, dry the earrings completely.

Preventing Damage:

• Do not wear the earrings while swimming, bathing, or exercising, as water, chlorine, and sweat can damage the gold plating.
• Protect the earrings from harsh chemicals such as detergents, perfumes, hairsprays, creams, deodorants, and cleaning products.
• Avoid exposure to high temperatures.

Additional tips:

• If your earrings darken over time, you can use specific cleaning products for gold-plated jewelry.
• Store the earrings in their original box or pouch, or in a jewelry box, separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
• Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
