A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Purchases made online can also be returned or exchanged at showroom location, free of charge. Cleaning:

• After cleaning, dry the earrings completely.

Preventing Damage:

• Do not wear the earrings while swimming, bathing, or exercising, as water, chlorine, and sweat can damage the gold plating.
• Protect the earrings from harsh chemicals such as detergents, perfumes, hairsprays, creams, deodorants, and cleaning products.
• Avoid exposure to high temperatures.

Additional tips:

• If your earrings darken over time, you can use specific cleaning products for gold-plated jewelry.
• Store the earrings in their original box or pouch, or in a jewelry box, separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
• Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
