Free returns up to 30 days from shipping date, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Purchases made online can also be returned or exchanged at showroom location, free of charge. To clean the bag, we recommend following these instructions:

• Preparation: Empty the bag and remove dust with a soft brush, especially the interior and the leather parts.
• Gently rub the leather in circular motions.
• Rinse with clean, damp cloth. Let it dry air, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Cleaning the exterior (leather): Use a damp cloth with neutral soap diluted in warm water. Gently rub the leather in circular motions, avoiding harsh friction. Rinse with clean, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly with dry cloth.
• Prepare the surface: Use a soft cloth, preferably cotton, to avoid scratching the reed.
• Dampen the cloth: Dampen the cloth with warm water or a mild solution of neutral soap diluted in water. Make sure the cloth is not soaked, just slightly damp.
• Clean the surface: Wipe the bag with gentle circular motions, paying attention to the dirtiest areas.
• Dry the bag: Once you've cleaned the bag, dry air, making sure it's completely dry before storing it.

Additional tips:

• Do not immerse the bag in water, as this could damage the leather. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, which can dry out and discolor the leather.
• Clean your bag regularly, especially if you use it often.
• Avoid using chemicals: Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals, as they could damage the reed.
• Store the bag in a cool, dry, dustfree place to prevent mold growth or deterioration of the shaft.
