The Yisell Hat is 100% handmade by artisans from the Colombian Caribbean using caña flecha. The natural color of the caña flecha is accented with a black ribbon. This hat is a tribute to Carpio Baltazar's founder, Yisell, for all the hard work and dedication that she has made on the creation of her company. 

Free returns up to 30 days from shipping date, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Purchases made online can also be returned or exchanged at showroom location, free of charge. To clean a “caña flecha” hat, use a slightly damp cloth and avoid direct contact with water. You can also clean the hat with a soft-bristled brush to remove dust.

• Dust Removal: Use a softbristled brush or a clean, dry cloth to remove dust.
• Cleaning with a Damp Cloth: If there are stains, dampen a cloth with warm water and mild soap, making sure it is well wrung out to avoid excess water.
• Gentle Cleaning: Gently wipe away stains without rubbing.
• Rinse: If you used soap, rinse with another damp cloth.
• Drying: Let the hat dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight.

Additional Considerations:

• Do Not Use Hot Water: Avoid using hot water, as it can damage plant fiber.
• Do Not Rub: Avoid rubbing the hat vigorously, as this can damage it.
• Storage: Store the hat at room temperature. Moisturizing: If your hat is creamcolored, consider moisturizing it with water using a spray bottle every month, from a distance of 30 centimeters.
• Baking Soda: If there are sweat stains, you can make a paste with baking soda and warm water. Apply the paste to the stains and gently scrub with a toothbrush.
